Everyone feels that they are going through the worst, they are suffereing the most or suffered the most. Their pain is bigger than someone else's. But, you can't relate pain. No pain is bigger or smaller. Pain is like gas. Whatever size of container you keep it in, it will eventually fill it up completely. Similarly, whatever quantum of pain one receives, it will fillup the person completely.  So can you really say that your pain is bigger? Think about it. 

A lot of my uncles and relatives are now retiring from their job. People whom I have seen on job for my whole life are suddenly sitting home, mostly doing nothing. What my concern is the major drop in respect these people receive. When at office, we get some generic respect which fuels our self respect. We might not notice when it is there, but we will surely miss it when its gone. The people who retire face a major lack of respect both from office and family. Don't know if you have observed this, but I see a sudden change in level of confidence of these people. They feel left out or more of a liability. They are who need respect the most. If you see a retired person, don't see him/her with an eye of sympathy but immense respect. This respect will build their confidence and reinforce self-respect in them. What do you think? 

' Loha lohe ko katata hai, zeher zeher ko' Likewise News will counter News. For now, there is no watchdog for News channel and that's why it has become a bad place. If any government or bureaucratic agency is given this role, media would easily find it's way out by negative imaging. The best way is creation of a News channel to cover News channels. A channel that will expose the mistakes and wrong doings of all the media. For now, media is free and has become extremely commercial amd arrogant. They should get the taste of their own medicine. Full day coverage on a silly incident by one News Channel on other, sounds silly and interesting. But, this could lead to something monumental. News creation and corruption of content could be exposed, favorism could be exposed and all that is happening behind the idiot box could be exposed.

Smartphones have come to my rescue. I am not an introvert but I can't talk the way I type. Basically, I am more comfortable and better in texting then having a face to face communication. Most of you might be relating to this. Who don't relate to this are our parents or most of their generation. The modern mode of communication has evolved from its predecessor i.e. lingual communication. Texting is not a straight conversion on lingual language. We don't write like we speak and we don't speak like we write. That's why it is more comfortable. This basic evolution is missed by my parents. They generally text in the exact same way they would speak, which sometimes make it completely awkward and frustrating for them. But, we have learned it through practice. They will also. What do you think?

I think, we are taking the sense of word 'maturity' in a wrong way. Someone who doesn't panic, doesn't get excited at every little thing, don't joke around in serious situation, can handle pressure, etc. are some of our assumed qualities of mature behavior. On the other hand, opposite behavior is considered childish or immature. However, in modern world the qualities that we consider as mature are mostly because of stress and problems going on in one's life. Whereas, people with kiddish behavior feel to be happier than the so called 'Mature' ones.  So you want to be mature or happy?

Are you easy? Do you believe in people easily? Do you become friends with people easily? Do you fall in love easily? Are you easy to please? Are you easy to convince? If yes, then you are the best kind of person. There is no reason to be tough. Our insecurities, our fears make us tough. Creates a tough shell around us . If it is there, break out of it today. We get just one life. Be easy.
